Kitchen service time is the time in which the kitchen remains open and accepting new orders. This is different from our opening times or booking times.

Booking at 7:00pm if you have a booking at 7:00pm you will have 2 hours to enjoy your booking.
Booking at 8:30pm if you have a booking at 8:30pm on a Friday or Saturday you will have 1.5 hours to enjoy your Venezuelan dining experience. Nevertheless, you will have up to 9:15pm to order your food and at 9:30pm we will do the last call for drinks.

Yes, our entire menu is 100% gluten free. This is part of our culinary philosophy, and we’ve carefully selected our ingredients to avoid any cross-contamination.
No. To prevent cross-contamination, we cannot allow any food or drinks that are not gluten free into our venue. Even minor contact with gluten can pose a serious health risk for some guests. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise the safety of everyone dining with us.

If you have a booking in our alfresco, please note that weather can change rapidly and at last minute and we cannot guarantee full protection against the elements in this area.
First, we would like to let you know that we are taking a proactive approach and we are constantly monitoring the weather forecast, trying to be as assertive as possible in the way how we handle your booking so you can have the best experience possible.
On the other hand, there is also a chance that we could misinterpret the weather report from the BOM; therefore, we ask you to kindly check the weather at your end and decide whether you would like to take the risk.
Additionally, If we interpret that there is a high risk of rain from BOM’s forecast, we could take some of the actions described below:
• If we have tables available inside, we could move your booking from the alfresco area to the indoor area without notice.
• If we do not have tables available inside at the same time you did your booking, we will try to contact you to inform you about what other alternative options we have available. if we can’t contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice, since we are unable to guarantee a great experience.
• We may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your booking time due to weather conditions.
• If your booking is on the Alfresco area, and you decide to cancel within 24 hours of your booking because of rain, please send us an email as soon as you make the cancellation to inform us about your decision. Please note that the booking fee maybe charged by our automated system, but we will refund it on the next business day.
• If you see a cancellation, and you are unsure why, please send us an email to hola@angelfallsgrill.com.au, so we can discuss further.
